RULES & PRIZES
Jungle Bird

	1. Names Submit your unique bird name. 2. Name Stories (How your bird got its name) Submit a story about how your bird got its name along with a photo attachment of the bird.
	NAMES ONLY Submit name suggestions to parrot@plannedparrothood.com. NAME CONTEST must be in subject line. Include your full name and contact e-mail address. (We don't share this data with anyone). If you are a winner, we will contact you for a shipping address. Include the species of bird you are naming. Photos are optional. In the case of duplicate winning entries, the first submission will win. Deadline: 3/28/12 NAME STORIES Submit story suggestions to parrot@plannedparrothood.com. NAME STORY CONTEST must be in subject line. Include your full name and contact e-mail address. (We don't share this data with anyone). If you are a winner, we will contact you for a shipping address. Attach a photo of your "story" bird in .jpg, .png, .tiff, .bmp or .gif format. Deadline: 3/28/12 By submitting your names, stories and photos, you agree to allow PLANNED PARROTHOOD® the right to publish chosen ones on our contest pages and possibly in our new 2nd edition *"1001 Unique Bird Names"* book. E-Mail your unique bird names and/or stories (accompanied by a photo) to: parrot@plannedparrothood.com or send regular photos and story to: PLANNED PARROTHOOD, P. O. Box 235, Shokan, NY 12481. Type "PHOTO CONTEST" in subject line of e-mail submission. If you need photos returned, please send SASE. Submissions may be included in our 2nd edition bird name book. Your submission of names, stories and photos may qualify for inclusion (with your permission) in the book. Submissions from outside the Continental US are welcome, but prizes are limited to US residents only.
